I stayed at a lovely little cottage recently and wished I could have stayed longer. The cottage was cozy and clean, with all the little extras provided like biscuits, tea, coffee, and sugar. The location was easy to find and perfect for exploring the surrounding area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The small garden was great for the kids to play in. I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again.
Although the outside light wasn't working and the front door was a bit tight, it didn't take away from the overall experience. There were some ceiling cobwebs and the games were mixed up, but those were minor issues.

I can't wait to come back again.

The property has a cozy ambience and well-equipped kitchen. The wet room is a nice touch. The owner provides enough coal for one fire, enhancing the experience. The room can get quite hot, but overall, it's a great stay for making memories with the kids.

Amazing old cottage with lots of local character. Great facilities including a washing machine and kitchen. Lots of space for 3 or 4 people. the little touches like shortbread and milk for tea were greatly appreciated. Would be even more wonderful in winter with the fire.
Felt taken care off, no complaints whatsoever.

The off-road parking provided a sense of security. the cottage itself was spacious and spotless, with a double bedroom, twin room, and a bathroom that was a great size and very clean. the open living area had comfortable sofas, a log burner, and a TV with Netflix, perfect for cozy evenings. the kitchen was well-equipped with modern amenities including underfloor heating, and there was even a utility area. the rear garden offered privacy and a stunning view of the starry night sky due to the lack of light pollution. the host, Susan, was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to communicate with.
It's difficult to fault this cozy retreat in such a friendly village, but one minor downside is that there was no mention of breakfast being provided.

The beds were surprisingly comfy and the cottage was spotlessly clean, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was great for exploring the surrounding areas and had easy access to the main roads. the fact that it was in a peaceful and quiet village made it even better for a relaxing getaway.
The single beds were quite uncomfortable for an adult and the bathroom drain was really slow, which was quite frustrating. It would have been better if these issues were addressed to ensure a more enjoyable stay.
